Are you recorded in the Book of Life?

Revelation 20:12 - And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. (Bold added for emphasis)

The day we accept and confess Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Savior, God takes our names and records them in the Book of Life. I always imagine a grand, celestial scene in which a beautiful Finger is dipped into a jar. Instead of ink, the jar would be filled with the Blood of Jesus Christ. Elegantly, without a drop wasted, the Finger moves to a large, fairly worn Book. In the most beautiful penmanship, the names of the beloved, adopted children of the Father's is written. The more our hearts and deeds work for the glory of God, the more we destroy the works and plans of Satan in the spiritual. Every natural work has its respective spiritual consequence(s) and vice-versa. It is extremely important to realize that.

Numerous examples in the Bible show that the natural can be used to understand the spiritual. Jesus taught many spiritual concepts through parables. All natural things have a spiritual counterpart. As an example, let's take contention between two people. In the spirit, there are demonic hosts instigating. However, the outcome of the contention is dependant on the two parties. These individuals have the option of being peacemakers (glory to God), or they could just feed into negat
